OVERAGE CLAUSE
The land will be sold subject to an overage clause in favour of the vendors and their successors, reserving 30% of the increase in value upon the granting of planning consent for any use other than that of agriculture or equestrian use, for a period of 90 years.
WAYLEAVES & EASEMENTS
The property is sold subject to all Rights of Way, public and private, which may affect the property.
